New Year, New Challenge

The Dennys are back with a new challenge!  

We are going back to sugar free but instead of 40 days the challenge will be almost six months. 

After a sugar free-for-all known as the holidays, Melissa and Kyle are in need of a healthy change. 

First goal is to prepare for the Colfax Marathon on May 21st.  

What better way to prepare to run 26.2 miles than to eat healthy and lose weight!  That’s goal 2. Sugar free has done well for us before plus we want to set a good example for our awesome daughter Hadley.
